I've got it on an HDD and I'd say my loading screens are typically about 2 minutes. If I really stretch it I might be able to move around enough files to get it on my SSD, just wondering how big a difference there is to see if it's worth the trouble. To play it on a Quest you need to use Link, Airlink or Virtual Desktop to connect your Quest to a gaming PC.
